Learning to Paint with Watercolors

This course is for beginners and students with some experience. Learn the basics of watercolor painting, including techniques, tools, and strategy, to create a wide range of watercolor styles. This is a great way to learn in a group setting and have fun in the process.
A $2.00 per week fee ($12.00) per student is charged for instructional guides and pre-traced project sheets the basic class. These fees are paid directly to the instructor at the first class.

Due to the popularity of our previous watercolor painting course, two PVSC watercolor painting courses are being offered this Spring. Members may register for the first time, or retake the basic watercolor painting class Learning to Paint with Watercolors. Those members who wish to challenge their skills, have the opportunity to enroll in Advanced Painting with Watercolors. Both classes are taught by David Whalen, who is an experienced art instructor.

Instructor David R. Whalen
David has over 20 years of experience in art instruction in every medium for every age group. Previous watercolor courses he has offered for our Senior College have been very popular, and many students have taken the course more than once.
