This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Margo Lukens will present a brief slideshow and talk about the (bilingual) volume of traditional Penobscot stories, "Still They Remember Me": Penobscot Transformer Tales Volume 1 that she recently published with Penobscot language keeper Carol Dana and USM linguist Conor Quinn.

There will be plenty to learn and talk about on the topics of language revitalization, Penobscot traditional stories, and working to create a bilingual book--whether participants have had the chance to read the book, or not.
